Due to the unique nature of digital products:
Products cannot be “returned.”
Once delivered, the service is deemed to have been completed.

II. Eligibility for Refunds
Users may request a refund under the following specific circumstances:
The product cannot be accessed normally or contains technical errors that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
The product received differs significantly from the description provided on the website.
Instances of duplicate billing or payment processing errors.
We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide a reasonable solution (including fixing the issue, resending the product, or issuing a refund).

III. Non-Refundable Situations
